The Harsh Reality of Battery Life

Manufacturer packaging claims "up to a year," but this almost exclusively reflects the local Bluetooth setup. Wi-Fi chips are notoriously power-hungry.

⚠️ Warning: Network instability forces the Wi-Fi lock to constantly search for a signal, draining power fast. If using Wi-Fi, buy a large pack of rechargeable AA batteries.
